Turning Point inspirations from Angie

From Angie's Blog post: Transforming. Emerging. Soaring.: Turning Point:

So many times in my life I have reached what looked like was an ending. I would wonder why? Why me? Why is this happening to me? Why am I here in this place? I didn’t want it to be the end yet. The story didn’t feel finished, yet due to things that were out of my control, I arrived at what appeared to be the end of the story.

In the midst of my sadness and in the midst of all of the pain, there was always a faint light. It might not have been noticable if I wouldn’t have looked for it, but it was there just waiting to be discovered. And when I followed that light, I saw new paths heading in directions I didn’t know even existed. It was in those moments when I realized that every ending is truly a new beginning.

Even if you come to a dead end, look around you, look for way to start a new path right in that place where the road ends. It is never the end unless you decide it is the end. It is never the end unless you give up and quit trying. Sometimes you have to work really hard to discover why you are in the place you are in, and then find a way to move in a new direction. But. There is always a way. Always.

FYA Turning Point Collab Released

Hi everyone!

Our July Collaboration is Released

We are thrilled with our newest release Turning Point and want to share some of the Creative Team's layouts they've already done.  Dang these girls are fast!

Can't wait to see what some of the other girls do!  Be sure to watch the FYA blog for lots of layout inspirations and totally feel free to scraplift any and all.

Our Challenge to you this month is to art journal or scrap about a Turning Point in your life.  What event comes to mind that you look back on now that was pivotal and a turning point that changed your life forever?  Can be big or small, doesn't matter.  We all have them and some are great and some have been not so good but hopefully we all learned lessons from those types.

Us FYA Designers are approaching one of our own Turning Points, together as a team,  and that is why we choose this theme for this month.  Want a peek? Visit Scrap Art Studio to learn more.

Be sure to share your layouts with us in the FYA Challenge Gallery this month at Digitals so we can admire your work and leave you some love.

On sale now through Thursday
